A reminder for pet owners
Posted on Feb 5th, 2024
Please pick up your pet's waste while walking them (or when they are in your yard) in Manor Creek Farms and dispose of it in an appropriate container.  Leaving your pets' waste in someone else's yard is a violation of the Rules and Regulations.  It is also neglectful of your responsibilities as a pet owner and creates a health hazard.  Throwing the feces in the creek or in the trees is not an appropriate location for disposal.
Pets must also be on a leash when outside.  They are not permitted to run loose.
Pens, dog runs, or kennels are not permitted in Manor Creek Farms and is a violation of the Rules and Regulations.
Let's Keep the Lights "On"
Posted on Jan 17th, 2024
Remember to inspect your outside light pole to make sure it is in working conditions and lights properly.  All outside pole lights must be "on" when it is dark.
For our children going to school early in the morning and for walkers in the morning and evening, let's keep the lights "on" for them.
