The amended rules and regulations went into effect on August 1, 2014.  Please keep the following in mind:
 
 
11. Garbage Containers:
 
a. Trash, garbage, recyclables and other waste shall be kept only in sanitary containers and shall be disposed of in such manner as may be prescribed from time to time in rules and regulations by the Association.
 
b. Garbage containers may be placed in front of the unit no earlier than dusk on the day before collection day and must be removed by the end of collection day. At any other time, all garbage containers shall be stored out of plain view from the street.
 
Formal violation letters will be sent for future violations.
